If you haven’t marked your calendars yet, mark Saturday, August 27th down. It is shaping up to be a “Marvel-ous” Saturday for young fans with two events offering projects for two fan-favorite Avengers being held that day.
Starting at 10am, Lowe’s Build and Grow Workshop is hosting their final Avengers build with the construction of the Hulk. Registration has been open for a few days now and some locations are full, but there are still stores with space. Hop on to their Build and Grow website to check for availability near you. Builds only take about a half an hour, so it is not an event that will take up your entire day and it is free.
Then starting at noon, Toys R Us stores will be holding a LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Building Event. Attendees will have an opportunity to build and take home a free Captain America mosaic project. This event is open to those 6 and up and there is no pre-registration. Though with no pre-registration, supplies are limited. Suggest getting there early to ensure your geekling is able to get a kit.
